Kellie has lived in Bondi for three years. She’s originally from Bungan Beach, a beautiful secluded beach on the Northern Beaches. Kellie is a Naturopathic Nutritionist, Holistic Kinesiologist and business owner of Centred Living, practicing locally in Bondi at Natural Progression Nutrition and Health (next to the Earth Food Store) and at Chirosports, a multi-disciplinary clinic based in Potts Point. Kellie shares her local favourites with The Beast…

Favourite Beach: Tamarama and Bronte.

Eatery: I love watching over the ocean as I enjoy a glass of wine and a piece of fresh salmon at Bondi Social.

Watering Hole: I love the fun and relaxed atmosphere at the cosy wine bar Speakeasy in Bondi. The staff are always so friendly and warm.

Sporting Team: To be honest, the only sport I really follow is the tennis. The final of the Aussie Open was inspiring.

Music: Any type of Kiwi reggae. I love Fat Freddy’s Drop, the Black Seeds and Katchafire in particular.

Person: My beautiful Bronte girls, they know who they are. Each and every one of you are so special to me.

Weekend Activity: I love to start my weekend running along the rugged coastline between Bondi and Bronte, followed by poached eggs and avocado on toast with my girlfriends at a local café.

Quote: “To be beautiful means to be yourself; you don’t need to be accepted by others, you just need to accept yourself”.

Favourite Thing About Your Work: I love working with people and facilitating healing within the body, mind and spirit.
