Natasha has lived in Coogee for the last five years after relocating back to Australia from Ireland. She is a mother of three children, a Montessori teacher and a Homeopathic Practitioner. Her practise, Tincture, offers the Eastern Suburbs community homeopathic care in their own home. Natasha shares her local favourites with The Beast…

Favourite Beach: Coogee, McIver’s and Wylie’s at low tide.

Eatery: My wonderful mum’s kitchen, Iku in Charing Cross, Le Petit CafĂ© on Dudley Street and Dalat Vietnamese on Belmore Road.

Watering Hole: Anywhere that makes an organic juice.

Sporting Team: I have to say this… my partner plays for Randwick City FC (and they’re seeking new members).

Music: My son’s band ‘Blue Jupiter’ – a bunch of talented young boys who rock the roof off our house! I listen to an eclectic mix of blues and roots, soul, world music, bluegrass and modern folk anywhere I can.

Person: My Irishman, who helps me to not take life too seriously, and our fabulous three children.

Weekend Activity: Yoga at the Living Room, walking our dog Banjo along the coast, a swim and relax at Wylie’s and a little time in the garden or catching up with family and friends.

Quote: “Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity.” – Hippocrates.

Favourite Thing About Your Work: It gives me great joy to be part of the healing process that takes place uniquely for each individual with the use of homeopathic medicine.

Final Word: If you are seeking a natural healthcare option that is safe, effective and available to people of all ages and comes directly to your home, please give me a call on 0413 233 246 or visit www.tincture.com.au.
