The Flying Squirrel started somewhat of a revolution on Bondi Road. In fact, it started a revolution in Bondi proper.

The first ‘small bar’ of its kind, it’s now one of seven such establishments within a one block radius.

Another of the seven is the Squirrel’s little bro, The Stuffed Beaver.

The brains behind these great restaurant-cum-diner-cum-bars is none other than Brody Peterson, a Canadian snowboard enthusiast with a passion (and gift) for hospitality.

The video of above, put together by the lovely folk from Bespoke Press, gives a little bit of insight into the man that is Brody Peterson and what he believes makes a good bar.
