Video of the Week – Granny Smith (Tropfest Winner)

Given that it pissed down rain on Sunday evening when Tropfest was being screened at Centennial Park, I’m assuming that most of you decided to stay warm and dry indoors.

As such, you probably haven’t seen any of this year’s top sixteen films, so I’m going to help you out by showing you the winner.

Directed by Julian Lucas and produced by Nicholas Cox, Granny Smith is billed as the “the Grandmother of all excuses”. It’s a tad predictable but still pretty funny and very well shot.
