Beast favourite Marcus O’Brien (the man responsible for the Hometown Tama and Pure Bronte videos that were ridiculously popular on this site) has got some new equipment (in the form of a $15,000+ ‘MŌVI’ handheld stabilized camera gimbal) and he’s back with a new video that puts the rig to good use.

‘Morning Rituals – Surfer’ is the first in a in a series of portraits from Sydney, Australia that Marcus is currently working on (in between trips to Nairobi and Sochi for NBC) using the MŌVI, a new era of stabilized cinematography.
