Inner Peace – A Meditation Day Course
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind.
On this meditation day course, you will learn Buddhist techniques to help you respond to difficulties with a positive mind. In this way you will be able to accept painful feelings, overcome minds such as anger and frustration and discover true inner peace.
The day course is run by Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Daƶ from 10am – 4pm.
